Entry is granted until 30 minutes after the headliner takes the stage. Come early and enjoy the music!

We encourage the use of and accept credit cards and all forms of digital payments, but also accept cash at the box office and bar.

Parking is available anywhere in the main lot or along the street. Please do not park in the far lot as this is reserved for residents. There is a sign stating the lot is for residents only.

For shows with age restrictions, an ID is required for entry. This policy is strictly enforced and any violation will result in immediate ejection from the venue. In compliance with laws of the State of MA, anyone 21 and older who plans on drinking or purchasing alcohol will have to show a valid, non-expired, government issued photo ID.

In order to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, all guests must walk through our metal detector prior to entering. Thank you for your cooperation.

Still photos and recording policies are at the bands discretion and are subject to change each show. You may bring your camera with the understanding that you might need to take it back to your means of transportation prior to entering the venue.

Advance tickets can be purchased right here on our website via our ticketing partner Opendate. Visit the Upcoming Events page to purchase tickets online. If an event isn't sold out, tickets will also be available day of show at the box office. For most shows, tickets will be less if purchased in advance. See show info for ticket prices.

Coats and bags can be checked at the box office.  The cost is $3 and we accept cash or Venmo.

We do not do tabs at the bar. We don't want you to get caught up in the music and leave your card behind!

There are no ticket fees when paying in cash at the box office. If you are local and would like to purchase in advance at the box office, message us and we will gladly accommodate you. We also offer the ability to purchase tickets over the phone.

Taffeta is located in Western Avenue Studios, a historic mill building, at 122 Western Avenue in Lowell, MA. The main entrance is at the top of the ramp across from the train tracks at the end of Western Avenue. For ride share, use 110 Western Avenue.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the venue. There is a smoking area outside the main entrance. Failure to comply may result in ejection.

Unless a show is advertised as seated, our shows are general admission and standing room only. If you need a chair, please ask one of our staff and they will assist you.
